Details:
Includes 25 standalone flags. They do not overwrite anything else.
Includes 4 separate versions; vibrant un-torn, vibrant torn, washed out un-torn, and washed out torn.
Select-able through manual installation or through Nexus installation wizard.
Separate category under ‘Wall Decorations’ for ‘Vertical Flags’.

Enable Mods:

Installation:
Install the folders from the ’00_core’ folder into your ‘data’ folder.
Install one of the ’01 – 04′ folders of your choosing to the ‘data’ folder.
Activate the .esp through plugins.txt or NMM.

Note:
If you run into pink textures, simply try installing manually. You should not be running into pink textures.

Feel free to PM any additional ‘lore’ friendly flags to me. (I’ve already got enough slightly un-lore friendly ones.)

Known Issues:
Placement of the flags is a bit wonky. It still uses the sideways collision. I’m trying to determine how to flip the collision.

Also if the moderators have an issue with one of the flags that is posted, I can easily remove it.
Just let me know ahead of time or simply hide the file.
