before i start listing out the details i wanted to mention that this was kinda inspired by this mod, so a huge amount of credit goes to them for the idea! before anyone asks, no, this doesnt include vault-suit lining mods like theirs does – this is just straight up ballistic weave
if you prefer a mod that has ballistic weaves for all clothing, and various other improvements, i recommend armorsmith!

includes all clothing, yes all
also includes stuff like kellogg’s armor, silver shroud costume, etc.
will soon include an optional file with hats included too!
maybe ill include one eventually with leather/metal/etc. armor pieces
