Better FatMan HD Version 1.0 January 14/2016

Summary:

This mod is a texture replacer for the FatMan and Mini Nuke.
Please note that these are not hand made textures, I have up-scaled from the vanilla 2k and tried to improve quality.
3 Options are available, Diffused (4096x), Normal (2048x), and Specular (2048x) included for each.

-Weathered Vanilla – Same color tone as the vanilla texture.
-Bright Yellow – Brightened color tone to give it an almost new look.
-Bright Red – Brightened and replaced some colors, New look again.

Vanilla textures are 2048×2048.

Installation:

Find your fallout4.ini file located here:
%YourPC%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4

Look for this line of text:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

Now make the following adjustments:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
Save and close the .ini file.

Extract the downloaded content into your Fallout4 Data folder. It should look like
this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout
4\Data\textures\Weapons\FatMan\.DDS

Play the game!
