Used the wood from the pipboy retexture Stained Wood Pip-Boy Oligarchy by TinManVII- http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1085/?
In my game his wood texture was a little too orange and bright, so I changed the hue and contrast. Also changed the non-wooden parts to a black texture, replacing the brown, and I changed some of the buttons to a indigo color.
