Cheat Legendary effect
This is a custom legendary effect that you can apply to weapons via the console, I don’t know if it will spawn randomly. To apply, you click and select a weapon on the ground (make sure it’s the weapon and not the ground, or fog, or grass), and use the command “attachmod XX000802”. If you have trouble selecting the gun, hold it up against the sky, save, and load, and then you can easily select it.
search for it’s refID with “help cheaty 0”
It’s not crazy strong so it won’t make your gun shoot nukes (although that is possible if there’s a demand for it). Instead it adds some elemental damage, amplifies base damage, eliminates all spread/recoil, increases fire rate, vastly increased clip size, and has a bunch of legendary perks like cripple leg, explode limbs etc.
If you’re a melee character, using this actually won’t be that OP. This is basically just for the lulz, seems to be stronger on automatic weapons rather than semi-auto.
