Concentrated Beam Splitters (and Plasma, too!)

Laser Beam Splitters should have been the equivalent of turning your laser weapon into a deadly laser scattergun. Unfortunately, we got the equivalent of attaching a disco ball to your muzzle. This mod makes beam splitters more awesome!

I applied multiple equations of mostly flawed theoretical quantum rocket science to come up with the following improvements.

Beam Splitters:
*Increased Projectiles to 9
Increased Damage by 15%
Decreased spread by 33%
Default Effective Range
Out of range damage penalty is now 20% of default penalty

Amplified Beam Splitters:
*Increased Projectiles to 9
Increased Damage by 30%
Decreased Spread by 33%
*Increased effective range over default by 75% (still penalty, but much less so)
*Out of range damage penalty is now 20% of default penalty

* Does not apply to plasma guns

Automatics
Decreased Spread by 33%

Improved Automatics
Decreased Spread by 50%

Applies to all Laser guns, plasma guns, institute laser guns, and laser musket.
