Croup Basement (Mostly) Empty

This mod disables all trash and almost all unscappable objects in the basement I could find. This includes water, drips, electric sparks, ghouls, dead ghouls, water debris, Theodore, Theodore’s Terminal, FX sound of wind, patrol markers for the ghouls, follower comments, etc. (Yes this means you won’t have access to Theodore’s crappy clothes, or re-read about his family, but I don’t consider it much of a loss.)

I left the wall light, the pipes, the duct work, etc.

(I had Theodore appear randomly, but I have edited the attributes so hopefully that doesn’t happen again.)

I place this mod towards the bottom of my mod list. YMMV

Is it Lore-friendly? Meh. It’s not Lore-unfriendly.

Not much point without;
Expanded Croup Manor by Necrocytosis

Because the wood floor in the center section of the basement won’t allow you to place object on it I recommend;
Craftable Floor Patches by takeanumber

(The plywood floor patches will appear in the wood->miscellaneus section of the workshop)

To move the workshop if you don’t like it’s placement try;
Movable workshop workbench by bro (“MOVABLE” not moveable, don’t ask.)

Also while it’s not so lore friendly I like;

(The extra ghoul in the basement from this mod isn’t covered by my mod though.)
