Cyborg Perk (Alpha)

The Cyborg Perk is a more powerful version of the Nerd Rage Perk it replaces.
Because why be an angry nerd when you can turn into a cyborg?
As of now, I’m not really sure if this is powerful enough for you, or I should increase the benefits so you can truly feel like this perk is worth spending on. [This is also my first mod]

The 20% Health requirement is removed yay. But the slow time effect had to be removed, sadly.
Survival Mode arrives, doubling the basic enhancements.

Perk 1: Basic Enhancements: +50 Damage, Poison and Radiation Resistance, 20% Extra Damage. Fortifies Strength, Endurance and Agility by 2. Adds Survival Mode(*1)
Perk 2: Doubled Basic Enhancements (100 DPR Resistance, 40% Extra Damage) You slowly reduce radiation. (0.25% of total radiation health per second)
Perk 3: Tripled Basic Enhancements (150 DPR Resistance 60% Extra Damage) . You slowly heal lost health, even during combat (*2). (0.25% of total health per second, still quite fast and OP imo)

*1: Survival Mode: Turn into a killing machine! Time temporarily slows down, Action Points regenerate (0.50% of total Action points per second, supposedly) Basic Enhancements double (Perk 3 would have 300 DPR Resistance and 120% Extra Damage during Survival Mode)

*2: Health does not regenerate if under 20% health to allow Survival Mode.

This mod is now from Pre-Alpha to Alpha, please leave comments for suggestions.
Note: If by any chance certain information (such as 0.25% health regeneration per second) is wrong, please correct me and I will fix the information, as this is the intended speed.

Download file
Extract in Fallout 4 Data
Load the mod into the game by editing this file:
{C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Fallout4\plugins.txt} then add SoraPerkCyborg.esp to the list of mods.

This perk was inspired by the cyborg perk from Fallout 3.While making this mod in fo4edit I found a spell (SPEL) called Cyborg. it overrides that SPEL so if somehow any NPC was using this (Probably Kellog) well I guess it makes for a fun fight.

You may request to boost the effects of this perk or add any features provided they seem appropriate for this perk.

Since the original perk’s slow time effect was removed, you may ask me to make a chem that replicates it.

If this mod is a success, I may do more perk edits or add new chems. One such possibility is adding the chameleon effect as a perk
