Effective Stimpaks

This makes Stimpaks more effective by making them restore 50% health instead of 30%. This is balanced by them taking twice as long to restore that health, meaning you can no longer use Stimpaks as a life saver mid battle to escape. Also, you cannot carry infinite Stimpaks as they weigh 0.1 and Radaway weighs 0.2. You will need Armour to save you now.

This is my first ever mod, it is stupidly small. But who knows, it could change the way the whole game plays.
If I do make other mods soon, they will also be small as I am still learning.
