Install
add this line to the fallout4.ini located at “C:\Users\\Documents\my games\Fallout4” :
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, sound\, textures\, meshes\, scripts\, music\, misc\, shadersfx\, interface\, programs\, materials\
extract the rar file to Fallout4\Data\texture if the texture folder doesn’t exist create one.
