Main Menu Replacement by Old World Radio creators
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to User/My Documents/Games/Fallout4 (Or wherever the .ini file is stored.)
2. Open the Fallout4.ini
3. Hit Ctrl+F and find “sResourceDataDirsFinal”
4. Then, add a comma after STRINGS\ and add MUSIC\
So it looks just like so: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, MUSIC\

So I decided to create the mod page for “Old World Radio – Boston” and upload the original “Old World Radio” for Fallout New Vegas as a sort of modders resource in order to get it working in Fallout 4 with the help of the modding community PLUS… recruit for the new version of Old World Radio which will be the best radio station mod out there with the most original and lore friendly material. One of the Nexus moderators seemed to just not like this idea and decided to erase the entire page after spending 4 hours creating it. He said it was because “this is a place for Fallout 4 mods, not New Vegas mods” yet I explained what I was doing with it. I put it as a modder’s resource in order to recruit and have excellent and talented people join in order to give everyone the variety and enjoyment from the pip-boy’s radio. First step is getting the original mod to work in Fallout 4. I already have spoken with the original mastermind behind Old World Radio and have his written permission to continue this with him working in the background. Anyways… enough about that. I have uploaded an awesome main menu replacer here so I am posting a “Fallout 4 mod” and not a “New Vegas mod” or “modders resource” that will get removed by some moderator with a stick up his butt. (no offense to all moderators, I know some of you are more fair and understanding than others)
We also wanted to say thank you to Bethesda for giving a shout-out to Old World Radio! They managed to put in “Fist” the supermutant host of Old World Radio’s “8-bit Hits” radio station that plays all the best 8-bit music from the atari and nintendo generation….. INTO FALLOUT 4 AS A BOSS CHARACTER YOU HAVE TO FIGHT IN A CERTAIN RESCUE MISSION!!! So awesome to get props from Bethesda! Anyways… enjoy this Main Menu Replacer and stay tuned….
