New Fallout Environment

I was beginning to get bored of seeing the same thing in the old wastland ,
so i created this mod that delete all Junks from entire game , put some random prewar tree ,
new landscape grass and many more ( read at description )
I edit only Sanctuary Cell , the rest of the game has no edit Cell only The edit : – Static Colection
– Static
So , as you know edit cell wil reset : – Any power armor and will be replaced by base level T-45
– Containers

I haven’t tested in game The reset Power Armor , i know for sure it will reset in sanctuary , for me doesn’t matter , i don’t use power armor , i don’t like power armors.

Use bouth file if you want new textures.
So WARNING !!!!
Backup you saves!!
