Power Armors Reworked

What does this mod do? It changes the stats (ER/DR and Durability) of ALL the power armors in attempts to give you a choice on what power armor you want to use rather then having to always use the X-01 for the best stats, Each power armor now has its own pros and cons which are listed below. All power armors in this mod have roughly the same sum of stats now, but the stats are varied in different areas to make each one better for different scenarios.

I have added a base of 125 Fire/Frost/Poison/Electric/Radiation resistance bonus to all power armors EXCEPT the raider armor.

Raider Power Armor: Good durability, decent DR, but whimpy ER, only 2 ranks still so it gets over shadowed late game, as it should.

T-45: Average DR and ER and good durability,
T-45 was made first with no specialty in mind, so I imagine it had average stats across the board.

T-51: Best DR, worst ER, good durability,
T-51 was made for fighting Chinese who had ballistic and melee weapons, but not many energy weapons so probably focused on DR.

T-60: Best ER, worst DR, good durability.
T-60 was made in age of energy weapons and probably made to counter them but in the process giving up some of its old fashioned defenses.

X-01: High DR and ER (Although not as high as T-60s ER, or T-51s DR but best stat combo) But it has worst durability of all sets.
Obviously was made to have best defense, but probably since it was made after war not as many parts available so not as durable, and probably harder to maintain since few know the exact mechanics of it.
