Swat’s Expanded Settlements – Croup Manor

Description:
After discovering Croup Manor i loved the location but disliked the limited building area. After looking for a mod to allow me to build outside Croup manor’s barrier with no avail i decided to attempt my first mod. And in doing so I have successfully expanded the area so you can build on the entire island allowing it to be a settlement, also allowing to assign settlers anywhere you please.
The green barrier still remains because like i said i’m new so i’m learning so it still needs to be adjusted. Also after tweaking the length of the build able area even the slightest it makes it so you can build anywhere on the map. (must activate build menu at Croup Manor) so technically you aren’t limited to build where you want, so not recommended for low end pc’s. Enemy’s Still Spawn on the island and i am currently looking into removing this.
Future Plans:
*Fix Green Barrier Around Croup Manor to fit the island.
*Adjust build able perimeter to fit only the island.
*Disable enemy spawns on island.
*Remove shipyard and bandits.
Bugs:
None Known So Let Me Know If Any Are Found.
Installation:
Install manually cause i have no idea how to allow installation through nmm.
