I recommend clearing Taffingtion boathouse prior to activating
rid of the house and quite a bit of debris surrounding the area, including the garage
Before Importing the file in-game through Transfer Settlements holo
Of course, make sure Transfer Settlements is installed
the file should be in the correct place

Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\(Folder name for ex: “1”) place file here.

Obviously Fallout 4 is very limited in assets so mods are required.
