Installation:
Step 1. Extract all files in the main files section into root Fallout4 Directory int he DATA folder you want the following to end up in your Fallout4\data folder:
WPG – Tonka.esp
materials
textures
Step 2. Install any options or updates you want on TOP of the main files and write over them, if using Mod Organizer either MERGE or place updates or options below the main files in your load order on the left.
Step 3. Add these lines to your Fallout4.ini
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
This will set you up for all mods.

Uninstall:
Remove all files found in the zip files you extracted to your data folder
TROUBLESHOOTING:
a) Make sure you are following the instructions on the homepage to the letter. Any deviation from them can cause the paints to not work.
b) The latest Fallout Patch has disabled modding follow the instructions on this link:

to make sure mods load
Things that can make this mod not work:
1. Not having the Materials and Textures folders in your data directory
2. Not having ESPs enabled when loading
3. Not having the settings correct in your Fallout4.ini
4. Something corrupt in your fallout 4 install
5. Mod Organizer is out but in Alpha atm and has a lot of problems loading mods pls Nexus Mod Manager for now.
