Lowered Jetpack AP Drain

Jetpack is under optional file, you will need to install that manually and drop the cotent into Data folder.

Installation:

Step 1. Extract files into Fallout4 Directory in the DATA folder you want the following to end up in your Fallout4\data folder:
Step 2. Check your “Documents\my games\Fallout4\fallout4.ini” file for an
entry called “sResourceDataDirsFinal”. under the [Archive] tab.

Then replace with this line:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\,
LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\
