Description
Manufactured in the United States since 1911, this iconic .45 caliber pistol became the longest-serving sidearm in U.S. military history.
By 2077, while newer energy weapons dominated military procurement, the M1911A1 remained favored by traditionalists who valued its stopping power and mechanical reliability. Military police units, private security details, and even patriots continued carrying these pistols right up until the bombs fell – many still locked in their holsters when the world ended.
Now these pre-war relics surface across the Commonwealth in the hands of Gunners, Raiders, and Wanderers.
