Combination of Commonwealth Chickens and Rabbits, RadRaccoons, and Iguanas. And some rodents. With tweaks. ESL. Just lite extra background creatures.

Purpose / Audience:
One unified mod that can be packed into BA2 (if you want) which includes small animals. These animals represent easilly harvestable resources. I made this because I don’t want to use Mutant Menagerie: LFAW. That is a great mod. However, I’m playing with a lot of encounter mods and enemies on a 700 mod list that runs a SCOURGE/True Damage type of gameplay (I actually use a synthesis patcher called “Caliber” and “Unveleved.”) So I wanted a general small creature mod that adds some more things more for immersion reasons more than creating threats. Also provides food.
Changes/Additions/Notes:
– Reduced the amount of rabbits and chickens by approximately 1/3rd
– Removed the NPCs and the chicken and whatever that was around Vault 111. They were cheat-y, often headless, just no.
– Added recipes, which are organized under Keywords: EGG and CHICKEN-ISH.
– The squirrels are not really a squirrel (sorry to mod creator but I call it as it is). Renamed “Rodentia”.
– From the original Commonwealth Chickens and Rabbits: “now has all new chicken nests that can be placed in your settlement. The nests require a wild chicken nest to create. The Nests provide 2 food for settlers or 4 eggs if you harvest them. You can eat the eggs raw for a heal or you can cook them in one of three ways that gives a heal and one of 3 buffs. 1 is heal rate increase for 2 hours, the second is bonus XP, and the third is more run speed. The heal lasts the same as the egg and the other buffs are 2 hours. Wild chicken nests are rare and found with wild chickens. They respawn like a plant so you can eventually have no crops and just eggs. Both the wild and domestic chicken nests provide 4 eggs per harvest because there’s 4 eggs in the nest.”
Future:
It’s a small mod and as such pretty complete. I just put this together; others did the real work. But if I learn CK, I will eventually add a chicken coup to this. And I would like to add like 2 fish. And some actual squirrels.
