Audience
– This mod boosts companion performance but does not manage companions, their quests, alignment, or recruitment limits.
– This mod is for players who want to use the vanilla companion management or other mods that manage companions.
– Multiple companions are fully supported.

Features
– Combat: Nearly all combat settings are exposed and can be adjusted. This makes them more tactical to use cover, adjust distance, strafe, flank, disengage and much more. This applies to all companion that currently follow you.
– Dynamic: Companions can be set to be aggressive and attack on sight, not only when shot at. Companions can use Stimpacks or Repair Kits, flee combat if they run out. Even in HC mode they will be revived automatically during combat. They will also always have enough ammunition and repair their power armour.
– Navigation: Companions movements are monitored in the world and measures applied to get them through tight spots on demand or micro teleport beyond obstacles. They will also keep within a maximum distance.
– Looting: Companions can “hoover” the world for you until they reach their weight limit, which can be adjusted in the settings (default 1000.0f). If enabled, they can also equip the best gear they pick up.
– Experience: If you travel with a companion, you get a little extra XP and also if companions kill solo.
– Buffs: Set minimum stats for companions, so they have an easier start in the game or start overpowered.
– Perks: Enable companions to become master thieves who can pick any lock or hack any terminal for you. While the mod adds the necessary engine keywords to allow these commands for all companions, the specific perks are disabled by default to preserve character balance and make some companions special. You can enable them or add even more perks in the plugin INI file

Usage
– Enable or disable features in the MCM menu and adjust the settings to your preference in the plugin INI file.
– Start the game and hire a companion.

Compatibility
– All features can be individually disabled if they conflict with another mod, unique companions can be excluded by FormID in the INI file.
– This mod does not touch any Papyrus or the companion quest and can be removed or added mid game and should run nicely along other companion mods.
– The original game was not designed to have multiple companions with you. If you have multiple companions, make sure their factions are aligned for the upcoming quest before enabling aggression to allow them to attack hostiles.
