Headlamps for the Commonwealth v1.3

Fallout 4 Mods |

Headlamps for the Commonwealth v1.3

DLC requirements
– Far Harbor

Main features of the mod, which were requested/suggested to me a while ago:
– Add headlamp to helmets, which already have a mesh for it.
– The helmets will have default headlamp enabled (if they haven’t spawned in the game yet).

The helmets in question are:
– Medical Goggles
– Tinker Headgear
– Combat Helmet
– Marine Combat Helmet

Additional features of the mod are for the Marine Combat Helmet:
– Added neck cover from the Tactical Helmet.
– Added option to switch between opaque and transparent visor – transparent visor is the same as from my standalone mod.

and because this is a fully enclosed helmet with visor:
– Added misc modifications like the PA Helmet, with the only difference being the Targeting HUD – it highlights hostiles.
– Added night vision modification – standard(same as the Night Person perk) and green(effect is same as the standard, just different color). After enabling, you have to build the night vision switch on the chem bench – this is an aid item, which toggles the night vision on/off and is replenished in your inventory upon use.

The plugin has ESL flag. I think you can load it after NEO without problem, but definitely not before. For other mods, which edit the same helmets, it will require patching. The file also contains one script, which is used in two other mods: Automatron Helmets – Visors And Headlamps and Excavator PA – Pauldron Lamp Lights. The script content hasn’t changed, you can safely overwrite it if asked.

The Extended version of the mod includes all helmets from Standard plus metal helmet and the synth helmets.

– Metal helmet has the same headlamp as T51, like I did it in my standalone mod from the headlamp tutorials.
– For the synth helmet is used the mesh, which is supposed to be some sort of camera. I added it to the field helmet as well, but without the wires.
– For both synth helmets, the visor cut above the forehead was made to look like the rest of the helmet. The models representing the ground object, were edited too.
– For the open synth helmet the rest of the visor was completely removed, now you can properly see the character’s eyes. And for the field helmet you can choose between opaque or transparent visor.
– Synth field helmet has misc and night vision modifications.
