Project Black Bird Enclave Specialist Paint v1.0
Adds a new Paint & Decal to Newermind43’s Black Bird Power Armor based on a paint from 76.

Project Black Bird
HD Enclave Specialist Paint Based on the one from 76 of Newermind43’s Project Black Bird Power Armor. in hand painted 4k texture size.
There is only issue the right shoulder will not longer have the 1101 on it due to me having to change the default decal textures as for some strange reason it governs the 1101 for all decals even with my new ones it still doesnt change so this was unfourtunetly a nessasary evil if you dont like this change feel free to open the mod file and delete the decal default material file in the materials folder and it will bring the 1101 back for all decals.
