Better Ammo Boxes (.50 BMG)

Note! I will be releasing each texture as I go as its own download that way people can pick and choose what they want and what they don’t. I will pack them all into big packs when they are done, but for now they will be out as they are finished. Hope that’s alright. Enjoy!

Hey guys! Here is the 4th addition to the Better Ammo Boxes overhaul i’m working on. This is for the .50 cal’s box. Thought it was time to throw some black in the mix. I tried to give this one more no frills minimalist sort of look. I had another version planned but it did not come out how I wanted it to and I did not think it was worth uploading. I do plan on coming back and adding an alternate version at some point. For now though, this is what it looks like. I hope you guys like it! Let me know your thoughts. 2048×2048 and 1024×1024 versions.

Update 1.1
Removed a lot of the white in the paper to give a better and more realistic look
Changed the writing on the back of the box to a better looking permanent marker style look.
Added versions without the writing for both resolutions

INSTALL

If you have not done so, you first need to edit a line in the Fallout4.ini

Go to: Documents\My Games\Fallout4 and find the Fallout4.ini

Find the line under “Archive” sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

Change this to sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\

After all that you will need to extract the textures folder from the archive you downloaded to your Fallout 4 Data Folder.

Or you know.. Just download and install with a mod manager. It’s whatever.
