I wrote a pixel shader to add a painty/concept art feel to Fallout 4
(should work with any game with ENB but it’s Fallout 4 I’ve been testing it on)
All files go where you have Fallout 4 installed
requires ENB
Use the ENB_Preset in my optional files if you want only the painty shader
Or if you have an alt ENB set up
* in game hit shift+enter
* tick EnablePostPassShader under the EFFECT section
* click SAVE CONFIGURATION
* click APPLY CHANGES
* shift+enter to close
