This was a request, Dark Clothes and Armor de-saturates and darkens ALL Clothes and Armor. Power armor NOT included.

1.) Under Fallout4.ini :

Change:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

To:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\

2.) Under Fallout4Pref.ini:

add bEnableFileSelection=1 directly under [Launcher]

example:
[Launcher] bEnableFileSelection=1

MOD
1.) Download file and extract DarkColthesNArmor to your Data folder
2.) Use a mod manager to load the mod, or manually install it
