Download –> extract the files –> copy the save to –> Documents –> My Games –> Fallout4 –> Saves

Notes
All saves have a identifier in brackets () so you can download them all and check how they look in your game.
All the saves (except Gwen) are just prior exiting Vault 111 so that you are able to change the name, special and tweak the looks to your liking. To tweak Gwen you can use showlooksmenu player or slm player.
