He is maxed out in everything (a ridiculous level due to over building everything and cheats) and has loads of extras in the workbenches

Sanctuary Hills

Completely walled in with gate, laser turrets, all original buildings and new buildings have very minimal basic furnishings. New buildings include a leisure building with rooftop dining, couple of hotel type buildings and a double snap and build greenhouse. Loads of beds

Starlight Drive in

Sunshine Tidings Co op

Completely walled in with gate, laser turrets, all buildings have minimal basic furnishings. New buildings include an indoor market, farm and central fountain feature. Really over the top security, lighting and wiring. Loads of beds

I have played the game through loads now and just wanted to go back and have a go at building huge settlements, this save is not to be taken seriously it is my way of thanking all the fantastic modders on here for all their amazing hard work and creativity. It is also an opportunity for members to have a look at what I have built and maybe gain some ideas for their settlements.

I would assume you need them all for the save to work properly and everything to show up. Feel free to change anything and everything to suit your tastes, but please refer to the original authors permissions regarding their mods.

INSTALLATION:

Simply Unzip the file and place the Save in your MyGames/Fallout4/Saves folder, then load it up.
