This mod adds motion blur when you look around. The faster you turn your head, the stronger the effect.
Motion blur can…
∙ Make the game feel more cinematic.
∙ Give the impression of smoother gameplay at lower framerates.
∙ Mask the effects of screen tearing as a result of having vsync off.
Comes in 4 flavors: from subtle to blinding.

FAQs:
Q: What is motion blur?
A: Motion blur is when the image on your screen blurs as a result of quickly shifting your view. The effect is more pronounced on the edges of the screen than the center. This isn’t the same as “radial blur”, which is the blur that occurs when your character takes damage.
Q: Why did you create this?
A: Some people really enjoy this sort of thing but don’t want the performance drain of third party shader software.
Q: Isn’t there already a mod like this?
A: Nope.
Q: Can I use this with ENB/ReShade/SweetFX?
A: Of course.
