Is my pleasure to ofer my personal town mod.

This is a mod that i worked many many hours , sleepless nights , but it deserve , i learned a loot of new things , and when i think that i just started one month ago , so please download and try if only you dont care about the bug that bring this mod and want to enjoy the game with new idea. You know already that is edtit with FO4EDIT , i want to hear what you think about my mod and tell me if you find somthig thats no right and i try to fixed.

Backup you saves!!
This Sanctuary New Town.esp file was edit with Fo4Edit and has some know isue like :
— Any power armor left there will be replaced by base level T-45.
It is better to move your frames out of the Sanctuary temporarily while loading up the mod.
Even containers placed through the settlement building system are affected.
Hey ! Dont forget to make backup of your Save files!!

Install at your own risk.

This mod also remove all pile junk , anoyng bushes , vines , Scrap trees ,roots trees, dry grass , debriss junk and bring the beautifull Prewar Trees
Also you can build after the Green Line , nothing can stop you ,but you have to activate inside the Green Line

Here are 2 mods one esp file and one normal,
You must instal both to Working !!!!!

Those that has instaled Project Modern House , must disable it , because the file from here is the same and has somethin in + to work fine with this esp file
