Vault-tec Black and Red Texture Change

I wanted black and red power armor without having to replace one of the flame paints or shark so i changed the Vault-tec to be a simple black with red paint job. This is only a simple tweak to the overlay that is used to create the vault-tec blue that i now use so i figured ide share it with those that want something similar.

This is based on “Vibrant Power Armor – Vault-Tec – Winterized – Military Paint – Version 3” By dacomputernerd.

Give him credit for the extra vibrant colors on Winterized and Military, the only difference is Vault-tec is now black and red

Note to dacomputernerd: Let me know if your not cool with this utilization of your overlay and i will remove it or send you the file and you can add it to your file section, doesn’t matter to me.
