Vivid Fallout – Landscapes – Textures in HD – ORIGINAL SIZE – LOWER RESOLUTION
An overhaul of original landscape textures in original size…
after some hours I couldn’t look any longer at this blurry mess in 2k.
Most wasteland grounds are available by now, I will add the rest by time
and replace the inappropriate ones.
I just sharpened the textures somewhat, added new normal maps and slight shadowing.
Well look yourself, I honestly didn’t want to do Bethesta’s texture artists down, but well…
Anyway, the textures are about 1/4 less V-Ram heavy than the Vanilla ones! lol
I’m going to redo all landscapes and most likely other stuff as well, finally we should have a nice base to play with 😉
How to activate loose textures:
Locate C:\Users\MyName\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini and change
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
to
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
