Billy – Level 62 – Egret Tours Marina

Howdy, this is a save where I upgraded Egret Tours Marina to it’s former glory. Below is a list of features:
Main building:
– 1st floor: workshop area
– 2nd floor: living area for settlers
– 3rd floor: artillery, turrets, spotlights and roofed beds
Dock area:
– 1st floor: turned into dry-dock with large bar area
– 2nd floor: personal quarters for player (office, bedroom, bathroom, toilet)
Wharf area:
– left side: agriculture
– middle: trading emporium, more planters
– right area: greenhouse
Misc:
– main building and dock connected via bridge
– laser turrets overlooking the whole premises
About the character:
– sided with institute
– reskilled for reasons, save is working fine though
– cheated ammo, stimpaks, caps, radaway (to speed up my 3rd playtrough)
– level 62
– 10 endurance, lone wanderer, lots of HP and damage with semi-auto weapons
