Elina Character Preset
This is my first Fallout mod that I have ever made. This preset is of my main character Elina who was inspired by 50’s Noir film. I also made the face to better represent the the female character voice in Fallout 4. I was going for a smokey eyed sultry yet classy look to capture the era that Fallout takes palce in.
