Added +33% Fire Rate
Added -10% VATS AP Cost
Changed Requirement from Gun Nut 4 to Gun Nut 2
The Fire Rates and AP costs are equal to the Hair Trigger Receiver and the 10mm Damage is equal to the Light Receiver (better than .38, worse than .45). The perk requirements were reduced because who decided that max rank was a good time to let the player downgrade their weapon?
