This is a semi-finished work
Since I feel lack of skill to complete it, but it’s fun, releasing it as a modders resource. Lots of clipping it has, and please don’t take serious on it. Maybe someone can do it better. Use it as whatever you want with proper credits.

[Description] This mod includes 1 experimental capes from FO4 vanilla, and I just rig part of it to the ponytail hair bones, so it moves… since hair bones only include head, neck, and chest as collidable bones (in the opposite, skirt ones only include legs…).
Without decoding havok block, we can do nothing about it. Well it has define its own skeleton in havok block, but changing the hierarchical relation of them seems no effect…(like change head collide bone to a child of splines..)

[HOW TO INSTALL] hey, this is a modders resource…. I suppose you know how to use this.

[HOW TO GET IT] 1) in console, type “help cape 4”, and you will get the item codes.

[Credits] 1) Ousnius for the outfit studio. link (I use it to merge the hair/cape bones)
2) Nifskope team for grate tools to let me edit the NIF.
