The save game is right after you exit Vault 111.
(The armor is not included in this mod)

Default name Jane Shepard, but you can change name/S.P.E.C.I.A.L/appearance

showSPECIALmenu 14 (edit name and S.P.E.C.I.A.L)
showlooksmenu 14 (edit appearance)

– Make sure to use tfc 1 (toggle free camera) and fov [amount] (field of view) when editing appearance to get a decent view.

Strength (x4) Perception (x3) Endurance (x4) Charisma (x9) Intelligence (x5) Agility (x2) Luck (x1)

Chosen dialogue:
“Vault-Tec?”
“Urgency?”
“Enough space?”
“Sarcastic.”
“Sounds like fun.”

Includes replacer for companion Cait.
Download as usual.

Optional lvl 20:

Includes optional level 20 save for those that wants a head start (without perks.)

Installation:

Download and copy + paste the file into your games folder.
(Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves)

Replacer:

Download and copy + paste the file into your data folder.
(Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves)

Uninstall:

Locate the file in your games folder, highlight it and delete.
(Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves)

Replacer:

Locate the file in your data folder, highlight it and delete.
(Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout4/Data)
