Remove Forced Quests and Objectives
FINALLY... a way to get rid of that infernal journal spam. It’s not perfect, but it does the trick.
(This method can’t prevent the quests from showing up in the first place)
INSTALL:
Simply drop the text files into your main game folder, like C:\Games\Fallout 4 (containing Fallout4.exe and the Launcher)
NMM doesn’t seem to know where to leave the TXT file, so you have to extract it from the RAR archive and drop it yourself.
ACTIVATION:
Once the quest is in your journal, open the console.
QUESTS
-When Freedom Calls
Type in console: bat concord
-Jewel of the Commonwealth
Type in console: bat jewel
-Story of the Century
Type in console: bat piper
-Special Delivery
Type in console: bat delivery
OBJECTIVES
-Detective Case Files
Type in console: bat nick
-Investigate the Combat Zone
Type in console: bat cz
-Investigate the Museum of Witchcraft
Type in console: bat witch
-Give Sheffield a Nuka Cola
Type in console: bat nuka
I can easily add more if requested, but these can quickly be duplicated and re-purposed to get rid of the quests/objectives that annoyed you if I didn’t cover them. Simply open any of the text files and change the quest ID for another.
