This is a menu used in DEF_CM – Console menu framework by Neanka Console Commands Compilation by stabcops allowing you to simulate “Flying Build Camera”.
It’s purpose is to make building easier by allowing to place objects not only from ground but also from air.
It’s made by disabling collisions and increasing player (cam) speed.
Remember to be near ground when disabling to avoid fall damage 🙂
