Charming Cait
I just met Cait in my playthrough and went ahead and decided to make some changes to Cait for my personal taste. I hope some of you like her.
In order to achieve the same results I have for the face and body, you will need the following mods:
The Appealing Modes Mod is required to get what you see on the screenshots or you will have some interesting acne on the face.

Full body tattoos Added to Cait MOD http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4334 – *NOTE*, in order to get the tattoos on my end, I am including this mod in my load order and using it as master to my esp to use the tattoos on my Cait. Please put my mod after this mod in your load order. There might be an easier way to port over the tattoos but did not want to spend too much time on it. I want to give my Thanks to the many creators of such awesome mods like this one and other outfits so far, amazing work without the toolkit.
More Hairstyles for Male and Female Mod
To install:
Copy the esp file to Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data folder, reload the game being sure the esp is active.
Activate the esp through your mod manager or manually add it to the plugins.txt file. I would sort it to come after these other mods to guarantee the conversion is successful.
