Whole Flags

Whole Flags

I never much cared for the torn edges and holes in the various flags. Some dirt and slightly faded colors? Sure, that makes perfect sense, but someone, somewhere should take enough pride in their flag to fix the holes every once in a while, don’t you think? Or if not pride, just mend the darn things so you actually still have a flag.

Either way it bothered me enough to go over them and fix the holes. That’s it. I haven’t touched the textures in any other way.

INSTALLATION

Make sure you have mods enabled by finding your Fallout4Custom.ini file in the
C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Fallout4 folder (if you don’t have
it go ahead and create it) and add:

[Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

Then either install using the Nexus Mod Manager, or extract the files to …\Data\Textures\setdressing (If you use this method make sure that all flags except the Minuteman one go in the actual setdressing folder. The Minuteman one goes in it’s own subfolder. This is not a mistake, and I have no idea why Bethseda did this.)

COMPATIBILITY
This is a texture replacement, as such the only compatibility issues you might run in to is if you use another mod that overwrites any of the same files, if so you will be prompted to overwrite files and you’ll have to chose which ones to keep and which ones to overwrite.
